I am a partner at Balderton Captial, a $6B European venture fund building new technology businesses, with a particular focus on A.I, energy, health.

I'm a member of the UK Government's Industrial Development Advisory Board, overseeing over £10 billion of annual investment into critical UK industrial projects.

I am also the author of Start-Up Century, a book explaining why more people are becoming self-employed and working as entrepreneurs, and how we can support them.
